Axel D'Addario is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Broadview Holdings, where he serves as a fractional executive and operating partner to founder-led businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and growth-stage organizations.
Broadview was built to support founders, boards, and leadership teams through the inflection points that define a company's trajectory — strengthening the operating model, accelerating growth, and preparing the business for its next round of capital, a strategic partnership, or a long-term exit.
Axel has spent his career inside founder-led companies — building supply chains, developing leadership teams, closing strategic partnerships, raising capital, and protecting the intellectual property that turns a strong idea into a durable enterprise. He has held seats as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Board Member, and has advised dozens of companies across consumer products, health and wellness, technology, financial services, sports, and real estate.
He is engaged today as a fractional Chief Operating, Strategy, and Revenue Officer, an embedded operating partner, and a senior advisor — working directly with ownership and through executive search and advisory networks.

HydraPatch — Chief Strategy Officer & Board Member
Helped lead the company through a critical stage of growth and organizational development. Responsibilities extended across enterprise strategy, operations, commercialization, capital formation, business development, intellectual property, supply chain, and organizational design. Worked closely with leadership, investors, and external partners to build scalable systems, establish operational discipline, and align resources around long-term value creation — turning ideas into execution and ensuring growth could be supported by a strong operational foundation.
HydraPatch — Chief Revenue Officer
Responsible for connecting growth strategy with execution. Led initiatives spanning go-to-market strategy, channel development, business development, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Aligned commercial objectives with operational capabilities to create a more disciplined and scalable approach to business development and market expansion.
HydraPatch — Vice President, Internal Operations
Joined HydraPatch during its early stages and helped build the operational foundation required to support long-term growth. Oversaw manufacturing, supply chain management, quality assurance, fulfillment, vendor relationships, packaging, and process development — proving firsthand that sustainable growth depends on strong systems, disciplined execution, and the ability to solve problems before they impact customers, employees, or profitability.

Advised founders and leadership teams across multiple industries on growth strategy, capital formation, commercialization, and operational execution. Helped companies improve investor readiness, evaluate growth opportunities, build financial models, establish strategic partnerships, and prepare for expansion. AXE RE & Finance — Founder
Launched AXE RE & Finance to support real estate sponsors, developers, and business owners in raising capital, structuring transactions, and evaluating investment opportunities. Working directly with investors, lenders, and project sponsors built deep experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, capital strategy, stakeholder management, and value creation — experiences that continue to influence how growth opportunities are evaluated, resources allocated, and decisions made today.
NJCU Jersey 50 Index — Co-Creator
Co-created the NJCU Jersey 50 Index, a proprietary stock market index developed by the NJCU School of Business and calculated by S&P Dow Jones Indices. Designed to track the 50 largest publicly traded companies headquartered in New Jersey, the index serves as a barometer of the state's economy — and strengthened expertise in business valuation, financial analysis, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.
Previously served on the Board of Directors of Win This Fight, a global anti-trafficking organization working with the United Nations. Created the Support Our Survivors program, raising over $100,000 for survivors of human trafficking. Featured on CNBC's Mad Money with Jim Cramer and WFAN's Carton & Roberts discussing intellectual property strategy.
